Impact of AI on this Job

AI will likely automate many routine financial verification and reconciliation tasks for gambling cage workers, improving efficiency and fraud detection. While direct customer interaction for complex credit approvals or issue resolution will remain human-centric, the role may shift towards oversight of AI systems and more specialized customer service rather than purely transactional duties. This could potentially reduce the demand for purely manual transaction processing.
