Service Agreement

Terms and conditions for school subscriptions

About This Agreement

This Service Agreement establishes the terms of service between Findmino (operated by Likemymind America Inc) and the subscribing school or district. This agreement must be signed and returned before the school account is activated.

1. Services

Findmino provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the career guidance platform, including:

  • Student career interest assessments (RIASEC personality matching)
  • Access to 1,100+ career profiles, 800+ study programs, and 5,500+ college profiles
  • AI-powered career guidance tools
  • Scholarship search and matching (280+ scholarships)
  • Student portfolio and college planning tools
  • Coordinator dashboard with student management and reporting
  • Roster import via manual entry, CSV, Excel, Google Classroom, or ClassLink

2. Term

The Agreement is effective for one (1) year from the Effective Date and automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the end of the current term.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Annual subscription: $3.49 per student per year
  • Minimum annual fee: $500.00 (exclusive of Sales Tax)
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30)
  • Payment via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice
  • If payment is not received within 30 days, access to the Service may be suspended

4. Account Activation

Your school account will be activated upon receipt of:

  1. A valid Purchase Order (PO) number
  2. A signed copy of this Service Agreement
  3. A signed copy of the Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)

Once all documents are received, the account will be activated within 1 business day. The invoice must be paid within 30 days to prevent account suspension.

5. School Responsibilities

  • Designate at least one coordinator to manage the school account
  • Ensure student accounts comply with applicable laws and parental consent requirements
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify Findmino promptly of any unauthorized access

6. Provider Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Service with commercially reasonable uptime (target: 99.5%)
  • Provide technical support via email during business hours
  • Implement reasonable security measures as described in the DPA
  • Notify School of material changes with at least 30 days' notice

7. Intellectual Property

Findmino retains all rights to the Service. School retains all rights to Student Data. Content created by students remains the property of the student and their school.

8. Limitation of Liability

Findmino's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the School in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice for material breach
  • Upon termination, all Student Data will be deleted or returned within 60 days
  • Sections on data privacy, liability, and IP survive termination

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
