AI might streamline reservation systems and personalized guest experiences, reducing administrative tasks for hosts. However, the core human element of welcoming and problem-solving remains crucial, as AI cannot fully replicate genuine hospitality and social interaction. Hosts may leverage AI tools for efficiency, but their interpersonal role will be irreplaceable in creating a pleasant dining experience.
